Level Up Lab
Terms of Use
These terms are between you (the parent or guardian who creates the account) and Aleit Digital LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Level Up Lab ("we").
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for your sign-in and the grown-up PIN, and for your children's use of the app.
Subscriptions
Level Up Lab costs $29.99 per month or $299 per year and includes 2 children; each extra child is $5 per month ($50 per year). New families get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you subscribe on our website during your free trial, your card is saved and the first charge happens when the trial ends.
Cancelling and refunds (website purchases)
Monthly plan: cancel any time in Grown-ups → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for; we don't give refunds for partial months.
Yearly plan: if you ask within 14 days of a yearly payment (the first one or a renewal), we refund it in full. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of your paid year; we don't give partial refunds. To ask for a refund, email admin@aleitdigital.com.
Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store follow those stores' billing and refund rules.
Learning content
Practice problems are generated by the app. AI grading and feedback are usually accurate but can make mistakes; you can report a grade that looks wrong and we'll review it. The app supports, and doesn't replace, your child's school or teacher.
Your content
You keep ownership of homework photos and messages you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the app. Please don't upload copyrighted worksheets for anything other than your own child's practice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, try to access other families' data, or interfere with how it runs.
Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
