Caregiver Assist
Terms of Service
These terms are between the care provider that signs up for Caregiver Assist ("you") and Aleit Digital LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Caregiver Assist ("we").
Accounts and staff
You must be authorized to sign up on behalf of your business. You decide which staff get access, keep each person's sign-in private, and remove access when someone leaves.
Business Associate Agreement
If you are a HIPAA covered entity, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with you before you enter resident information. If the BAA and these terms disagree about protected health information, the BAA controls.
Your records and decisions
Caregiver Assist helps you document care. It does not provide medical advice and does not decide diagnoses, care plans, behavior support tiers or billing. Caregivers must review every draft note before signing it, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for what you bill. Suggestions about tier reviews or health flags are prompts for your own professional judgment.
Subscription and payment
Caregiver Assist is billed monthly per home at the price in your order or invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid month. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's billing and refund rules.
Your data
You own the information you and your staff enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the BAA. When you close your account, you can ask for an export first.
Acceptable use
Don't share accounts, try to access another provider's data, or interfere with how the app runs.
Availability
We work to keep Caregiver Assist available, but it may sometimes be offline for maintenance or outages. Keep your signed paper notes as your official record.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is," and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including billing decisions you make.
Law and contact
Washington State law applies, and disputes are handled in King County, Washington. Contact: admin@aleitdigital.com.
