Level Up Lab
$29.99 per month or $299 per year, including 2 children; each extra child is $5 per month ($50 per year) on the website. New families get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Plans renew automatically. Cancel any time in Grown-ups → Account → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are cancelled and refunded through Google Play or Apple.
Caregiver Assist
Billed monthly per home at the price on your invoice. Cancel any time by emailing admin@aleitdigital.com; service continues until the end of the paid month.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake or something isn't working, email admin@aleitdigital.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including a refund when appropriate. Charges appear on statements as LEVEL UP LAB or CAREGIVER ASSIST.
Delete an account and its data
Level Up Lab
In the app open Grown-ups → Your data → Delete family data. Or email admin@aleitdigital.com from the account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the family's children, grades, feedback and photos within 30 days. Billing records are kept as the law requires.
Caregiver Assist
The provider (account owner) emails admin@aleitdigital.com with the subject "Delete my account". We return or destroy resident information as set out in your Business Associate Agreement, within 30 days of closing the account.
